At Paving Slabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor project, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and undamaged stone products. Please ensure all returned materials are securely packed on their original pallets to prevent breakage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Pallet

  Stack the unused slabs back onto their original delivery pallets and secure them with industrial shrink wrap or steel banding to ensure safety during transport.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate a specialized heavy-goods vehicle to collect the pallets from your curbside at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the slabs for damage, we will process your refund minus any applicable haulage fees within 7-10 business days.
